Nature and Tranquility

  • A fully renovated village house, harmoniously combining country and modern styles over three levels. Garage for bicycles, motorcycles, and small cars (door width 195 cm) at the rear of the house with private parking. On the ground floor: spacious entrance hall (cloakroom/wardrobe), bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) plus storage. On the second floor: large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) plus storage, toilet with washbasin. Not wheelchair accessible. Non-smoking accommodation. Allanche is a pleasant small mountain village at 1000m altitude, with 800 inhabitants and all shops and services nearby (5-minute walk): bakery, butcher, mini-market, restaurant, bars, bank, doctor, pharmacy, etc. Location Ideal for hiking, cycling, motorbiking, fishing, mushroom hunting, deer rutting, big game hunting, and winter sports enthusiasts (Lioran ski resort 30 minutes by car). Puy Mary 30 minutes by car. Salers 50 km. Murat 20 minutes by car. Saint Flour 30 minutes by car.
