The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. "Hotel has a lovely view of the ocean. The balcony was wonderful. Had dinner at the hotel and it was great. The breakfast and dinner staff was attentive and interesting. Included breakfast was perfect. You could eat a lot or have fruit, yogurt or something light if you prefer. "
