8.2/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast options were adequate. There was plenty of places to sit, although we did visit in early October and I can imagine it getting very busy.
The hotel is situated at the end of a busy road with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The main sites are at the other end of road, but it’s just a 20-30 minutes’ walk to reach them.
Overall, I found the hotel a good place to base ourselves to explore Palermo.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (117 reviews)
This was a last minute booking and it was difficult to find. You have to go in through this tiny door that opens up into a common area and then up stairs to find the reception desk. Also, they are not there all the time. We had to tell them precisely what time we were arriving so they would be at the desk. The room was clean and nice and it was a great neighborhood.

"We would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to enjoy the beautiful landscape of wine grapes and olive trees but in a very high end location with top notch service.
