The elevator was broken and I was told I could check out at 3p but it was actually 2p. I called and asked for a 1st floor room due to health concerns. I was told on the phone there were plenty rooms avaliable the first floor. When I arrived I was told there were 1st floor rooms then when I was checking in, I was given a 2nd floor room. I requested 1st and reminded the desk rep that I asked for 1st floor and she said she had given it to others who she checked in after my call/arrival.
