This charming and cosy flat is located in a majestic 19th century building, characterised by its imposing windows that flood the interior space with natural light. The interior design is highlighted by its living-dining room, which combines a modern essence with a touch of classic elegance. The fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances invites culinary creation, while the spacious bedroom is complemented by a private bathroom.

    The location is simply exceptional: just steps away from the charming historic quarter, with the majestic cathedral and the imposing Castillo de Santa Bárbara in the centre of Alicante. In addition, you will find the vibrant scene of bars, restaurants and entertainment areas typical of the city surrounding this place.
    An ideal place for a couple's getaway to discover Alicante together.

    NOTE: It is important to note that this property may apply additional charges for high electricity consumption, depending on the season. Any consumption exceeding 5€ per day will be the responsibility of the tenant.
