I booked this hΓ΄tel for a week or so. In terms of service and facilitΓ©s is excellent just the room was quite too small and TV placement quite strange was not infront of the bed was on the side. Staff very welcoming and polite. I would recommend for a short stay like 2 to 3 night max for a longer one I would look into another option next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is good for a cardio workout and maintaining your routine while on holiday. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to tram and buses and you can explore Alicante very easily on foot as well. We were able to leave our luggage in a locker before checking in and after checking out as well which was very convenient. We highly recommend it. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough. We stayed in Room 301, which was really spacious, an extremely comfortable bed and a well-laid-out bathroom. The shower was really powerful, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. We loved the large TV with channels from different countries. As we were travelling from the UK, being able to watch British TV in the evening was great. The hotel is around a 25 minute walk from the beach, but we really enjoyed the walk. There were so many streets to explore and plenty to see along the way, and Alicante was very easy to get around on foot. The lockers in reception were also brilliant. We arrived before check-in and were able to securely store our belongings while we went out exploring. There’s also a coffee shop on-site, which was a lovely added convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. After checking out, I realised I’d left my phone in the room and returned about ten minutes later. They were so helpful in getting it back to me! The cleaners were also so happy and greeted us each time we saw them. Such lovely staff there. Excellent value for money and we would absolutely stay here again. A brilliant hotel with fantastic staff and facilities!
