Apto. Abad Najera, en el Centro de Alicante

Charming studio in the heart of Alicante that sleeps 2 people. This cosy space has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and is perfect for couples or singles who want to enjoy everything this wonderful city has to offer.

The studio features an open-concept kitchen, living room, and bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in the city.
In addition to a dining table, the living room has a sofa and a TV where you can relax after a long day.

The bathroom with a shower also has a washing machine that you can use during your stay.

We recommend not driving right up to the apartment’s door, as those streets are reserved for residents only.

The Moonkey team handles guest relations and is at your service for any questions before, during, and after your stay.

Our studio is located in the heart of Alicante, which means you’ll be just a few steps away from the main attractions, restaurants, lively bars, and shops. Plus, Postiguet Beach, with its golden sand and crystal-clear waters, is just a short walk away—perfect for enjoying sunny days by the sea.
Thank you for choosing our apartment! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

1. No parties or events: Our space is designed for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Please respect the neighborhood’s peace and quiet.

2. Respect for others and quiet: We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum. During the day (from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM), the maximum permitted noise level is 40 decibels. At night (9:00 PM to 8:00 AM), this limit drops to 30 decibels to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.

3. No pets allowed: Although we love animals, for reasons of cleanliness and allergies, we cannot allow pets in the home.

4. Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes balconies and terraces. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Registered Guests Only: To comply with local regulations and for safety reasons, only the people listed on the reservation may stay in the property. Visitors or additional guests are not permitted.

6. Mandatory Registration: In accordance with current regulations, all guests over the age of 14 must complete an online check-in form with their identification information for the Civil Guard’s Guest Registry. This process is quick, and we’ll provide you with the necessary information after you make your reservation.

We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest—always with respect for the space and the people around you! If you have any questions, we’re here to help.
