Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Experience was ordinary, room quality poor, hospitality by staff was bad, location to resort not convenient. Only saving grace was food which was of good quality and value for money. Reception executive pathetic in behaviour. Charged 1000/- extra per kid without any addon in room just to cover occupancy & breakfast.
