"Recomendado, nuestra estadía fue de dos noches y fue espectacular. Tuvimos un problema con aire acondicionado cuando llegamos en la noche, llamamos a recepción y nos atendieron de inmediato e incluso nos dieron la opción de mudarnos de cuarto por la hora que era, lo cual aceptamos y nos mudaron de cuarto en 10min. El personal del Hotel, bien atento a cada detalle. Si volviera a Granada no dudaría de escoger nuevamente este hotel. "

"Nice clean hotel. Parking garage is a nightmare to get in and out. Breakfast buffet is good. We arrived really late due to a major storm caused the main road to shut down for about 8 hours. When arrived, night front desk were friendly but when I went back the next day for some questions they were not so friendly. No coffee or coffee maker in the room but there is a bar with inside access that sells coffee."
