If you’re looking for a secluded place to spend your holidays, far from the hustle and bustle of the city but you don’t want to give up on comfort, then this 4-bedroom holiday villa in north-eastern Malaga province is a safe bet. You will be provided with all the facilities you’ll need to unwind in a natural setting. The rustic ambience you soak up in the villa is conveyed by the wooden furniture of the living area and the warm colours used to decorate the whole accommodation. The villa features four spacious bedrooms, and it relies on four extra single beds: therefore, a group of up to 12 people can accommodate here. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, whereas the other two bedrooms are furnished with one double bed and one en-suite with shower each. Besides, the master bedroom is also provided with private access to a splendid terrace where to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Moving to the living area, you are welcomed by a warm atmosphere: comfortable sofas and a picturesque brick fireplace, which creates a lovely contrast with the stone wall where it’s located, are this room's most noteworthy features. In the living room, there’s also a dining area, located near a quaint brick arch leading to the bedroom area. The property itself was great value for money, however the owner really needs to invest a little money in places. Some of the tiles in the pool came loose. The sun loungers, parasols & cushions are all very old & weather worn & really need updating but that is all that let it down but for the price we paid for 11 of us we cant really complain. Its such a stunning location & it met all of our needs as a family, we had a great time. It is remote so you will need a car. The villa ownwr is lovely & showed us in & where everything was. Landschaftlich ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen, inmitten eines Oliven-Hains (alles Privatbesitz, da können sich die Kinder frei bewegen). Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war wunderschön und hat morgens und abends unseren Urlaub immer bereichert.Auch die Ausstattung vom Haus ist sehr umfänglich. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war da. Der Pool war besonders für Kinder (auch Kleinkinder) sehr gut geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war gut. Er versteht kein Englisch oder Deutsch, deshalb hat er einen Freund mit Deutschkenntnissen mitgebracht. Das hat sehr geholfen und unsere Anliegen wurden immer umgesetzt.Leider hat eine Sache den Urlaub betrübt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit Ratten, was dem Besitzer bewusst war. Selbst in der Küche hatten wir einmal Ratten, der Kot lag auf den Terrassen herum. Der Besitzer hat Fallen aufgestellt. Wenn man mit Kindern reist, sind Ratten im Objekt bzw. im Dach des Hauses nicht sehr schön. Und das (veraltete) Schwimmbad ist ein Muss, wenn Sie im Sommer an diesem Ort übernachten, ideal zum Abkühlen und Spielen. Wir sind der Meinung, dass die Unterkunft eine Aufwertung der Innen- und Außenmöbel wirklich verdient, um sie noch mehr genießen zu können. Für einen Snack, ein Getränk oder kleine Besorgungen erreichen Sie Alcaucín in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sie möchten ausgiebig shoppen? Anschließend fahren Sie nach Vélez Malaga (ca. eine halbe Stunde), wo sich ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum mit einem großen Supermarkt befindet. Die Alhambra ist anderthalb Autostunden entfernt. Vergessen Sie also nicht, Ihre Eintrittskarten im Voraus zu buchen. Wenn Sie in einigermaßen guter Verfassung sind, gibt es viele schöne Spaziergänge. Après avoir emprunté un chemin en terre un peu difficile nous arrivons à la maison située au milieu des oliviers, sans aucun vis à vis. Vue magnifique sur toute la vallée et sur le village d'Alcaucin. La maison et très spacieuse et confortable. Grande et belle piscine, douche et coin cuisine extérieurs. Hemos estado el último fin de semana de noviembre dos parejas y 4 niños y simplemente, no se puede pedir más. Únicamente un consejo, si quieres madrugar para dar un paseo por sierra Tejeda, deja las persianas levantadas o pon un despertador, se duerme de escándalo, las camas son cómodas y el silencio total.
