Hotel is amazing. I arrived early morning, as usual very early check in at no extra cost, but there was a mistake with my reservation from the hotel, mistakes happen! But the way staff handled the situation, apologised and arranged an immediate upgrade was super! I always felt at home at this hotel, and this time I felt in safe hands. Thank you

Excellent location in the heart of Gemmayze/Mar Mkhayel.
Close to many good restaurants, cafés, bars, etc..
The room was very comfortable, and full of character. The common areas were pleasant and kept very clean.
Roy and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I would happily stay there again.

Great place to relax away from busy life. Great team on site, a special thanks to Dunia, Samia and Ahmed and the rest of the team for a great hospitality.
Nothing close by to eat, food in the retreat is good. Closest town by is Broumana which is 25 minute drive.
