The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations.
In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay.

Overall it was a good stay. I would've given it 4.5 stars if I could.
The only thing I don't like is how high off the ground the bathtubs are. Very unnaturally high and one might easily hurt themselves going in or out of it.
There was no bag in the bathroom garbage can and under the bed was really dusty.
I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay extra to use the hot tub.
I would go there again.
