Stepping your vacation game up to West Pointe, welcome to you soon to be vacation spot. Check out this corner lot home in West Pointe and all its wonderful features! We want you to enjoy your stay and feel at home. Guests have all of the modern conveniences a home has to offer. The kitchen stays abundantly stocked with essential cookware and utensils for guests to cook and dine if they wish. Snacks and coffee generally out for your enjoyment pleasure and on demand. Guests have access to laundry. WI-FI and cable tv are provided. Comfortably sleeps 2-8 people (two king beds, two twin beds, 2 Queens full size beds) and can accommodate 2 other guests using comfortable roll-away beds. You will enjoy the cozy ambiance of a beautifully decorated and well-maintained WEST POINT HOME.   
  
This custom-built home has a jetted tub and enormous walk-in shower in primary bedroom. Easy-keep wood and tile flooring (and not a stitch of carpet), high ceilings (9 and 10 feet), and split bedroom plan enhance the livability here. Doors that exit the patio are double adjoining, and another set of doors lead to the back patio through the washroom with a large size washer dryer with the home for your general use. Another set of double French doors accesses the covered patio. Two guest bedrooms and bath, a formal dining room, living room with gas log fireplace, kitchen with tiered breakfast bar and informal dining area and office or storage area complete the interior floor plan. Double garage off driveway.

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was great. The house was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. It has a nice location with a big yard and nice pool. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The experience in itself was lukewarm. The listing reflected that I would get the code in the app, but that never happened. I had to call the owner for it. Additionally, the supplied code worked for one day. I had to call every time to be let in the door afterwards. Prior to our stay, I received a list of Dos and Don’ts. While I am not unfamiliar to short term rentals as an alternatives to hotels, there were a lot more Don’ts than dos, which made the experience significantly less enjoyable. With all of those don’ts, there was an associated fee to go along with it, which made me really not want to stay at the property. Due to low available inventory that suited the need I had, I stayed. While I had pets there, the rake for the waste that I was told would be there was no where to be found. The pictures of the listing looked one way, but the actual layout of the home does not reflect how it looks. A doorbell was missing even though there appeared to be wiring for it. A fence surrounds the pool as that is not in the pictures. The master bedroom has paint off the wall from where the TV used to be mounted. It made it feel like the home was in the middle of renovations as paint marks were also on the floor in various spots. It made me feel like the listing photos were simply taken for staging. Overall, as I don’t have the characters to fully summarize my experience, I did not enjoy the stay. I would not recommend staying there.
