In addition, we had to return home on the afternoon of Bank Holiday Monday… however we had to wait in the property for a Gas engineer to arrive and fix the boiler. The property owner does not live locally and it was a great imposition on our holiday -;eg having to wait in and mop the floor 3 x times and adjust the boiler pressure twice. These actions should NOT be the responsibility of renters… A very poor situation, no proposal to refund any money by the owner ##### Bernard S.
