No hot tub Negatives: 1st room had a broken door knob. Then, we were moved, and had to have the key cards rescanned 3 times to get one that worked. Pool was nasty. Positives: room was clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was great.

4/10 Poor

We had 5 people staying in our room for 2 nights. When we arrived, there was only one towel available. When my wife went to ask for extra towels later that night, she was told very rudely, We don't have no mo! I had to run down a cleaning lady in the hall the next day to grab 2 more. The elevator stunk, as well as having an odor throughout. The beds are comfortable however.

Hotel is clean but not well maintained. Room was clean except the comforters were visibly dirty (like someone ate Cheetos and wiped theirs hands) but sheets and bathroom were clean. Bathroom tub was terrible why I’m giving 3 star. Needs replacing and shower head was pulled out of wall and old. Breakfast was good. Will stay again but hopefully have better maintained bathroom. Area is fine just off I49.

Would not stay here again. Staff was helpful. Rooms need a lot of attention. Room 1: toilet was left with feces and would not flush and thermostat not working. Room 2: Syringe on the floor, bathroom unclean. In-room phones do not work. Very unpleasant experience. But again, staff was great!
