We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and rate it as good overall. The biggest advantage for us was the convenient location, as it was close to my sister’s house and made visiting family easy. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we encountered was a friendly black and white cat that tried to enter whenever we opened the door. Unfortunately, it also left a surprise on the hood of our car overnight. While this may not be a concern for everyone, it was an inconvenience for us.The property was clean and comfortable, but we did not care for the surrounding area. Overall, if proximity to this part of Little Rock is important to you, this rental offers a convenient and clean place to stay.

Nice little guest house/mother-in-law suite

We really enjoyed this cozy guest house. Close to downtown Little Rock and outlet mall for shopping. The owner was very pleasant and accomodating as we extended our stay while there. We'd definitely stay again and may in the future!

Cozy and comfortable apartment!

Perfect for our weekend in Little Rock! Very nice, clean and comfortable bed. Host was very attentive and even left us a huge watermelon in the fridge! Will book again.

Fabulous Accommodations and Hosts

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, quiet and private from the main house. The attention to detail was evident throughout with little extras to make our stay comfortable. Communication was great, Cynthia was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!!

Nice stay

Comfortable rental unit that provided all you need for a few nights stay. We slept well. Loved the washer and dryer. Power went out from a heavy storm a few hours after our arrival. Lucky, I had seen the lighter on the counter and candle on the table. Gave a 4 because of the surrounding property grounds being a bit unkept.

We were lost and found the owner in the main home. The very nice gentleman) was right there to assist. Guest house was clean and had plenty of supplies like dishes, TV with internet, washer & dyer, coffee, etc. Dollar store located on corner. My family was happy about our stay for the two nights and we would book again with Cynthia in the future. Convenient location. The farm animals were nice and gave the stay a country feeling. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

Was nice

So theres a couple reasons I'm giving 3 stars. I'll start with the house was very clean and nice, they have things there that were helpful like coffee, creamer and and ice tray in the freezer. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because the listing was a little bit misleading. This house is a mother in law suite connected the the main house by the roof/ car port. The owner lives in the main house and its on a homestead. There is chickens who roam including roosters. They didn't bother us hoever if someone didnt like hearing roosters in the morning I could see how this house would be bother some. I think these things should be included in the listing because it really through us off and was completely different than we thought it would be. Another reason I only gave 3 stars is because from what I could see this house doesnt fit 4 people. Theres 1 bed and two love seats. The listing was just a little misleading, other than that the house was nice and what we needed.

Amazing place very comfortable! Cynthia is a great host and was super fast responding!I would reccomend anyone to stay here as it’s cheaper than any hotel and other place on any other travel site! We were lucky to find this place!

Cute place. Kitchen and bath had plenty of extras included. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows we have ever had. Only issue was noisy roosters and chickens. We are used to them but others may not be. We would definitely return.

Perfect little Cottage!

The stay here was perfect and the owner was very communicative! They have the most adorable little sheep and chickens on the property as well. I will definitely be staying here again soon :)
