Gîte 100m from the Mongiroux lock and the Vélo Francette (towpath and bike path from Ouistréam to La Rochelle). All shops are 4km away in the village of Martigné-sur-Mayenne. A tavern at the lock is available in season. A guarantee of beautiful cycling and hiking trails, and access to the towns of Mayenne and Laval via the greenway.  
This house has two bedrooms (4 beds and a sofa bed), two bathrooms, and two fenced outdoor spaces: a courtyard for parking two vehicles and a 295m² garden.  
Only 13km from Mayenne and 20km from Laval. Each town has its own castle, museums, markets, and marina with water sports.  
Business stay: 4 people maximum - 1 mandatory cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights. The gîte is self-contained on two levels. LEVEL 0: Entrance through the living room 22.8m² (sofa, armchairs and television) - 1 step between the living room and the kitchen - Equipped kitchen 20.7m²: refrigerator, freezer compartment, 4-burner hob (gas and electric), kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, dining table for 6 people - Pantry with washing machine - Shower room 3m² with sink, shower cubicle, towel dryer, hairdryer - Separate WC - Bedroom (1) 12.2m² with 1 bed 140x190, storage. LEVEL 1 - Accessible staircase - Landing with a 140x190cm sofa bed - Bedroom (2) 9.2m² with a 1.8m ceiling, two 90x190cm beds and one 140x190cm bed, wardrobe storage and shelves - Shower room 4m² with shower cubicle, sink, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and toilet.  
Baby equipment: travel cot, booster seat.  
Enclosed courtyard 55m² with gate, parking for 2 vehicles - Fenced garden 295m² with lawn, garden furniture for dining, two deckchairs, barbecue, and parasol. INCLUDED: Beds made - Kitchen linens - Bathroom linens - Electricity  
OPTION: Cleaning €70 (1 flat rate per stay of 1 to 14 nights, mandatory for professionals)  
SUPPLEMENT: Pets allowed €7/pet/night  
  
1 to 2-night weekend stays: arrival 5 pm - departure 4 pm  
Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 5 pm - departure 10 am  
  
Pets allowed, subject to compliance with the pet policy. There is one step between the living room and the kitchen. The courtyard is paved with large stones; the garden has small cement borders to mark the path (this should be modified).  
From Laval or Mayenne, take the D962 to Martigné-sur-Mayenne. Then take the D12 towards the Montgiroux lock. Cross the bridge over the Mayenne. The cottage is on your right, at number 1.  
Parking for 2 cars is available in the courtyard, which has a locked gate.  
Contact the owners a few days before your arrival to arrange your arrival.
