First time in Courtenay and had a pretty chill stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower water pressure was pretty good, AC kept the room cold. Front desk staff was very helpful, literally can’t complain about anything

I love staying here, it's a beautiful property and rooms are always perfect. My only negative this time was the staff seemed new (or tired) when trying to get a drink outside by the pool. It seemed others were frustrated as well and it wasn't overly busy. I know off days happen so it wasn't a big deal. They were very very kind so that made up for it. It just makes the experience 4 stars instead of 5.

We loved the full kitchen, comfortable living room and bedroom. The hotel is in a great location and we definitely want to return.
