The Pines offers light, bright accommodation, enclosed courtyard garden and an allocated parking space. This pretty semi-detached house is ideally tucked away in a tranquil cul-de-sac just a stone's throw from the pub, local independent shops and restaurants and shingle beach. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk coast. Recently modernised, the property comprises a newly renovated kitchen with open plan dining area, a large and comfortable sitting room, and a ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room. The property is spacious and comfortable and well fitted out with everything you need for home comforts. The location is great just a 15 minute to the beach and town while being closely located to a friendly pub and a Co-op and a tesco store for all of your groceries. Parking for a single car on the drive and street parking.
