During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. Having everything you need close at hand makes everyday life much easier and more pleasant. In addition, the barbecue area is huge and super well equipped. Me, my wife and our two children (baby and 2 year old) have had a fantastic week here. The house is very new and comfortable, decorated with taste. It was very practical for us who travel with children, there is a garden with plenty of space to play, and a pool that is perfect for children. It is also great for having dinner outside on the terrace, we had some magnificent barbecues in the evenings. The mountain views are really stunning, and we made some wonderful memories as a family. It is also very close to the Pollensa beach and even the Alcudia beach. We rented a car and it is very practical that this property has parking space inside the gated property. We are very happy with the service received from the team of Mallorca Holiday Properties. The villa is comfortable, quiet and well equipped, with a swimming pool and terrace perfect for relaxing. The host was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the mountains of Alcúdia, which made our walks very enjoyable. During our stay there were some mosquitoes, but he gave us mosquito repellent spray, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without any problems. Every morning we woke up to the sound of birdsong, which was really relaxing and something we hadn't expected, making our mornings very pleasant. The house also had a barbecue, which we made the most of: we had dinners outdoors, with food, laughter and relaxation, ideal for unwinding. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for those seeking peace, nature and a good atmosphere. La casa es preciosa, muy limpia y cómoda, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (¡fundamental en agosto!). Disfrutamos muchísimo de la piscina privada y las cenas en la terraza con vistas a la montaña. La ubicación es ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y playas como la de Muro y Alcúdia. Además, los niños se lo pasaron en grande con la mesa de ping-pong. Das Anwesen bietet geräumige, komfortable und gut ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten, sowohl im Innenbereich als auch im Außenbereich, wo besonders der Pool und die Terrassen hervorstechen. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Alcúdia und seinen Dienstleistungen, ermöglichte es uns, ein paar Tage voller Entspannung und Komfort zu genießen. Mycket väl underhållet och ser nytt ut. Mycket rent. All el är solcellsdriven vilket är ganska coolt. Poolen är inte särskilt stor men det var helt okej för oss eftersom vi reste med två små barn. Kontakten med agenturen var mycket bra, tack för restaurangrekommendationerna!
