Enjoy a privileged place with spectacular sunsets in front of the Sierra de la Tramuntana and outdoor dining in a modern and well-equipped villa. With capacity for 4 people, it is perfect for both couples and small families, it is close to the beach, less than ten minutes driving and at the same distance from supermarkets and restaurants. Escape from the ordinary and live a magnificent vacation at Villa Es Pont de Pedra. Distribution. The villa is distributed on one floor. There we find the living room/ dining room with a sofa, an armchair and a dining table perfect for four people. The TV is a Smart-TV so you can enjoy your streaming platforms or the channels of your country. In addition, it is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort during the day. The kitchen is completely equipped. Two comfortable bedrooms, both with a 150x200 cm double bed and air conditioning. And finally a complete bathroom with a shower cabin and also another separate complete toilet inside the villa. The house is of course fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. Outside area. From the dining room there is access to a large terrace, where there is another dining table, perfect for long evenings outdoors and enjoying a magnificent sunset. Next to this terrace we find a surface pool with a wooden platform. This pool measures 3.5 x 1.5 meters with a depth of 100 cm. A perfect pool for both adults and children to enjoy summer baths in complete safety. Another large terrace with a barbecue allows us to enjoy different spaces depending on the time of day. Finally, a ping-pong table can be enjoyed by the whole family during the holidays. For your convenience, the house also has a private parking, within the fenced property. Note 1\. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2\. Check-out time is 10:00\. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00\. Note 3\. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day. Note 4\. Upon arrival at the property, a €500 deposit will be blocked on a credit card, said deposit will be returned after verifying that there is no damage or damage to the villa. Note 5\. The tourist tax is not included in the price, this tax will be paid in cash on the day of entry into the property. Having everything you need close at hand makes everyday life much easier and more pleasant. In addition, the barbecue area is huge and super well equipped. Me, my wife and our two children (baby and 2 year old) have had a fantastic week here. The house is very new and comfortable, decorated with taste. It was very practical for us who travel with children, there is a garden with plenty of space to play, and a pool that is perfect for children. It is also great for having dinner outside on the terrace, we had some magnificent barbecues in the evenings. The mountain views are really stunning, and we made some wonderful memories as a family. It is also very close to the Pollensa beach and even the Alcudia beach. We rented a car and it is very practical that this property has parking space inside the gated property. We are very happy with the service received from the team of Mallorca Holiday Properties. The villa is comfortable, quiet and well equipped, with a swimming pool and terrace perfect for relaxing. The host was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the mountains of Alcúdia, which made our walks very enjoyable. During our stay there were some mosquitoes, but he gave us mosquito repellent spray, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without any problems. Every morning we woke up to the sound of birdsong, which was really relaxing and something we hadn't expected, making our mornings very pleasant. The house also had a barbecue, which we made the most of: we had dinners outdoors, with food, laughter and relaxation, ideal for unwinding. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for those seeking peace, nature and a good atmosphere. La casa es preciosa, muy limpia y cómoda, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (¡fundamental en agosto!). Disfrutamos muchísimo de la piscina privada y las cenas en la terraza con vistas a la montaña. La ubicación es ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y playas como la de Muro y Alcúdia. Además, los niños se lo pasaron en grande con la mesa de ping-pong. Mycket väl underhållet och ser nytt ut. Mycket rent. All el är solcellsdriven vilket är ganska coolt. Poolen är inte särskilt stor men det var helt okej för oss eftersom vi reste med två små barn. Kontakten med agenturen var mycket bra, tack för restaurangrekommendationerna!
