During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. We came with the idea of resting and disconnecting from our usual routine, and the villa made it possible: spacious, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the private pool and the gardens with olive trees, where we spent quiet afternoons having a drink and chatting. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and pool table. The area is very quiet being close to the S'Albufera Natural Park, there were a few mosquitoes, but that's normal and wasn't a problem. The house is large, well equipped and has more than enough space for everyone. Every day we organised a different plan: mornings by the pool, afternoons exploring the nearby walks and relaxed evenings in the garden. The pool table was an added bonus for the evenings. This villa in Alcudia was perfect for our group, offering us space and privacy for all. From the moment we arrived, comfort was the key. We greatly appreciated that both air conditioning and heating were included, which ensured an ideal temperature at all times, even though March can still have its cool days. The villa has an amazing swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, which we enjoyed very much on sunny days. Although the pool is not the main focus in March, the setting and terrace are ideal for relaxing holidays. The internet access works perfectly. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Garten mit Olivenbäumen, die private Poolanlage und die Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer, perfekt für entspannte Abende. Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Minuten von Alcúdia und den schönen Stränden entfernt.
