The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one. – We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. The villa was absolutely stunning - beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and so well equipped with everything we could possibly need. From start to finish, everything was seamless - from the easy booking process to Sebas meeting us at the property to let us in and show us around. His warm welcome made everything feel effortless. The welcome pack was an added bonus and such a thoughtful touch. The garden and grounds were absolutely fab - so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was brilliant too - lovely and deep, providing endless hours of fun for all of us! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to come and stay again sometime. Bit disappointed to hear we could get a 10% rate reduction by booking directly with you guys and not via intermediary. It was mentioned after the stay - so there's the lingering feeling you overpaid :) But those are minor complaints - overall really nice stay.
