    The beautiful exteriors of the house are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, you will find a sunbathing area next to the pool and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions.



    The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds and the other bedroom with a single bed, living room, satellite TV, WiFi (high-speed fibre), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and 3 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and 2 with a shower. In their free time, they can enjoy a ping pong table and a billiards table with their friends or family. Free parking on the street.



    The property is located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, which is perfect for those who want to combine relaxation with leisure. Near the villa, you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, everything necessary to enjoy wonderful holidays.
