Außenanlagen gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Schöne Aussicht und ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage im OG war schon wichtig bei den hohen Sommertemperaturen. In Nachteil ist, dass es im EG Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage gibt. Das Haus an sich ist grundsätzlich schön und liegt in hervorragender Lage. Allerdings stelle ich nach unserem zweiten Besuch dort fest, dass es doch an einigen Stellen Nachholbedarf an baulicher & technischer Instandhaltung gibt (u.a. Eingangstür, Pool, Betten & Matratzen, Küchengeräte, etc.). Quiet location, amazing pool. Various areas for relaxing as a family or individually. House would benefit from more Mugs in kitchen, however, great amount of utensils & plates etc. The usual Spanish issues with using cooker & kettle at once, electric overload.
