Mercadona supermarket just a 5 minute drive with bakery, butchers, fresh fish counters and underground parking too. House is fresh, well kept and very comfortable. Die Mitarbeiter von Interhome haben sich sehr gut um gemeldete Mängel gekümmert, Pool und Rasen wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und gemäht, ohne die Privatsphäre zu stören. Weil! Rudum sind Baustellen, 2 Baustellen sind gleich Gegenüber, Bagger und LKW sind morgens ab 08 Uhr bis 17 Uhr im Einsatz. Man hat vor Lärm keine Ruhe, zusätzlich kommt der Baustaub hin zu.
