In the resort 2 km from the centre of de Alcúdia, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.5 km from the edge of the forest, 60 m from the sea, 60 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Parking at the house on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 181 cm. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ciutat Blanca 1 (3060)" 400 m, ferry "Port d'Alcúdia" 3.2 km, sandy beach "Playa de Alcúdia" 60 m. Sports harbour 2.5 km, marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 5.6 km, walking paths from the house 1.5 km, cycle lane 1 km.
