Spacious interiors with a large dining room with large windows allowing the entry of natural light, also enjoy moments of calm, reading a book or entertainment on the TV in its large and comfortable sofas. Dining table for 8 people where to enjoy meals in the open book or with family. Kitchen equipped in detail with dishwasher, oven... You will find one of the double rooms with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet next to the dining room. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and quality equipment for your comfortable rest. On the first floor you will find the rest of the rooms.

Large private saltwater pool where to enjoy refreshing baths under the sun of Mallorca and relax in its 8 sunbeds next to the pool. Just a few minutes from the house you will find a rocky area where you can enjoy sea baths and a continuous path where you can walk along the coast. Just 1 km from Alcudia, a town characterized by its medieval walls, where you will find the weekly market (Tuesdays and Sundays) with local and organic products from Mallorca.

Spacious Villa at the old town

The property is lovely, walking distance to town and beach. All you could need and a lovely pool. Some full length mirrors in the bedrooms. A few more details of places to eat drink locally. Especially the Red Rum pub literally around the corner from the villa.

House with pool in quiet area

Beautiful villa in a quiet area which is an easy walk into Alcudia town. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped with a great outdoor area and pool. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we need for travelling with a young baby. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Alcudia.

Fab holiday in a beautiful villa

The villa was lovely and clean and as advertised - within walking distance to lots of restaurants in the old town. The only slight issue was that both the fridges were warm and took a long time to cool down. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Nice, modern villa near Old Town

We enjoyed our stay in Alcudia. The villa was clean, modern and situated near to a bar and nice area for snorkeling. A 10 minute walk will take you into the Old Town which is beautiful. The Port is a 30 minute walk away but there are plenty of taxis if you don't fancy the distance. Take mosquito repellent... They are a bit of an issue at night!

It is a spacious house -Air-con in almost every room -Two of the four bedrooms has on suite bathroom. -Convenient garage in basement. -Large pool area with plenty of sun beds. -The outdoor space is very private thanks to a high hedge around the property. -Quiet and peaceful area. -Nice outdoor area for dining. This house has potential for a 5 star rating from my side, but I give 4 stars at this point due to some small things that could be improved: - Outdoor bbq station is surrounded by hedge, we didn’t dare to use it due to fire hazard - Some kitchen appliances starting to be worn, for example coffee maker is calcified and barely works. - Shower drains running slow, need maintenance - No fire alarm available So with a small maintenance effort this would be 5 star rating.

Beautiful spacious house in an excellent location. Only a short walk to Old Town and restaurants. We were there for two weeks and the pool and outdoor area was cleaned during our stay. One of the bedrooms upstairs was damp and had a bit of a damp smell. We didn&#39t end up using that room and put the kids in the other room together.

Girls 50th Birthday Trip

The villa was clean, spacious and the outside area was brilliant. Plenty of space for 7 of us and the villa was well equipped. Welcome refreshments were a lovely touch especially as we arrived quite late in the evening. Front door lock was very stiff, we really struggled to open it on a number of occasions.

Great stay in nice house

We had a couple of nice weeks in the house. It was well located with only a short walk into the old town with great restaurants. The house was big and it was great with several bathrooms and with AC in every room. It was also convenient that we could drive the rental car into the garage when we wanted to unload food and drinks after shopping. The patio and the pool were nice and there were plenty of sunbeds. The only thing that was a little negative was the kitchen. It was not that big and not adapted to a house for 8 people. A small dishwasher for such a big house and we had to buy a couple of cutting boards because there was only one when we arrived. But otherwise our stay in the house was great and we can recommend it!
