Lovely terraced house located just 200 metres away from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia, where 5 guests will find their second home near the sea.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace before packing up and heading out for a morning on the beach. On the way back, have a delicious outdoor barbecue to enjoy under the porch and then sip coffee or tea while reading a book or just feeling the sea breeze and the sun on your face. For your convenience, there are two outdoor showers to rinse off the salt or quickly freshen up if you decide to stay at home.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with two comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch satellite TV or just chill out. The dining area, in the same space, has a table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, microwave, oven and everything you need. There is a fully independent laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with wardrobe, air conditioning and direct access to a nice terrace. One of them offers a single bed and the other two have a double bed. A cot and a high chair are available. As for the bathrooms, there is one downstairs with a shower and two upstairs with a bathtub. Please note that one of them does not have a window. To complete the equipment, there are two radiators.

The location of the house is perfect. On the one hand because you are only a few steps away from the sea and on the other hand because all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus, taxi and much more are within walking distance. As for the beach, the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is one of the most wonderful beaches on the island, with its long stretch of fine white sand and crystal clear waters, although you can also visit the beautiful Cala de San Vicente or the coves of La Victoria.

You should know that the air conditioning has a sensor connected to the windows, so if the windows are open, its operation is interrupted.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir ( 3 Kinder + 2 erwachsene) haben den Aufenthalt Sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und wir hatten viel Platz. Der Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten entfernt und der Strand ebenso. Ein perfekter Strandurlaub 👍 Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit dem Wasser Die Agentur hat sich aber umgehend drum gekümmert. Das einzige was evtl gefehlt hat war die Handseife in den Badezimmer Das war aber schön das einzigste Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house was easy to access and the hosts were very communicative

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house was easy to access and the hosts were very communicative but not overbearing. It is perfectly located 5 minutes away from a sandy beach, in a more quiet spot just between two areas with bars, restaurants, souvenir shops etc. A supermarket and a cute French bakery are just 5 minutes away, also. We rented bikes one of the days and had easy access to old Alcúdia town and the surrounding areas. It was mostly flat and a very pleasant cycle. The house is equipped with anything you might need, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, any kitchen utensils. The one thing I'd say is that we had to buy our own washing up liquid and scourers, but it was a very minor inconvenience. All in all, it was a perfect experience.

Schöner Urlaub

Haus hat eine tolle Lage zum Strand (300 m) und zum Einkaufsladen (200m). Genug Geschirr vorhanden. Was verbessert werden könnte: Putzzeug fürs Badezimmer Betten quietschen wie verrückt Und eventuell Handtuchwechsel anbieten, wenn man länger da ist. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Uns hat es gefallen und wir würden immer wieder kommen, wenn wir dort Urlaub planen.

Great location very close to a beautiful beach. There is a supermarket and some restaurants close by, more bars, shops and restaurants are a small walk away. The house is spacious with three bathrooms which are super handy after coming back from swimming. It's very well equipped with all the appliances you need for a long or short stay. Parking on site is also available. Great value for money, I highly recommend staying here if travelling with a group or family.

Nice place to visit Alcudia
