Magnificent luxurious Xiscama house ideal for a peaceful vacation in Alcudia. Located in the Bonaire area, it offers the perfect mix of sea, mountain, and tranquility, just a few minutes walking from the town of Alcudia.



The house has impressive exteriors and unbeatable views. Xiscama has a high-quality furnished terrace with wooden flooring, a perfect chill-out area for relaxation and a 6x5m saltwater pool with panoramic sea views. On the same floor, the house has a barbecue ideal for perfect culinary moments.



On the upper terrace, we find a sunbed area where you can have fun and relax, taking a quiet bath or enjoying the sun in summer.

Inside the house, we find a large, well-lit living room equipped with a table for 8 people and a large sofa where you can rest. The kitchen is equipped with everything essential to enjoy your vacation without worries. Xiscama has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the others have two single beds each.



We also found a living room equipped with a table, a sofa, and a spectacular billiards table to laugh while playing with friends or family. In the house, we also found a ping pong table to continue enjoying the house's activities.

The property is in a good location, only ten minutes from some local bars and small beaches. It was easy to get in and the place was very clean and tidy. The welcome wine and snacks was a lovely touch too - would recommend

Great location! Condo had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the patio leading directly out to the pool and the beach was just a short walk. Seaside Vacations was wonderful to work with and we will use them again!

We enjoyed a lot the holiday in Xiscama. House is like pictures, very clean, comfortable and in a very nice location. The house is big enough for 8 people and swimming pool and jacuzzi are very enjoable! We will come back!

Our family (6 adults and one child) stayed for 10 days here, villa has everything you need and more for a great holiday. Only reasons for not giving 5 stars was the fact that I wouldn't consider it to be totally child friendly with the stairs to the basement located rather oddly and stairs to the upper deck became very wet and slippery when moving from the pool to the sun deck. Apart from that really nice.

Modern well-equipped villa with lovely sea views from the roof terrace

Modern villa which is very well equipped with everything appearing to be pretty new and of a very high quality- including the beautiful curtains and blinds! Great views of the sea from the roof terrace with added bonus of both a small pool and jacuzzi. The illuminated glass cabinet was very cool with a great collection of shiny, new looking wine and spirit glasses! Pool was warm and the various outside seating areas were beautifully furnished and offered lots of outside chill-out space. Highly recommend the restaurant 5 Oceanos which is only a short walk away and served the most amazing freshly made Sushi, great burgers and Asian/Fusion food plus fantastic cocktails and cocktail bar. Ate there twice and everyone in the family had a great meal each time.

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Bilder der Unterkunft mehr versprachen, als die Realität wirklich hielt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass der Whirlpool, mit dem bei der Buchung geworben wurde, bei unserer Ankunft nicht funktionierte. Darüber hinaus waren die Badezimmer in keinem guten Zustand – die Amateuren lösten sich teilweise auf und hinterließen einen unprofessionellen Eindruck. Auch die Möbel hatten deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und waren alles andere als komfortabel.Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich der unkomplizierte Check-in und die gute Lage der Unterkunft. Dennoch können wir das Ferienhaus aufgrund der Mängel insgesamt nicht empfehlen.

Das Haus hat eine tolle ruhige Lage mit wundervollem Meerblick. Als Selbstversorger sollte man ein Auto haben, da der nächste größere Supermarkt etwas weiter weg ist. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, so dass man problemlos selbst kochen und grillen kann. Pool und Whirlpool sind problemlos zu nutzen und es werden ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation war zu jederzeit unkompliziert! Danke für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse war das Highlight. Der Check in war unkompliziert, da wir schon um 9:00 Uhr gelandet sind konnten wir auch auf Nachfrage schon früher als 16 Uhr ins Haus, das hat uns besonders gut gefallen! Wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung. Perfekt für gemütliche Tage und Abende am Pool oder Whirlpool. Der Sonnenuntergang geniesst man bestens von der Terasse. Auto ist notwendig um Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strände zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine super Woche.

Noch heute schwärmen wir alle von der wunderschönen Dachterrasse, auf der wir die Abende haben ausklingen lassen. Generell haben wir eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vorgefunden, sei es der Pool oder die schöne Terrasse mit dem Grill. Auch wenn wir mal etwas gebraucht haben wurde jedes Anliegen von der Agentur/Vermieterin umgehend möglich gemacht. Lediglich einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit

Ein super tolles, großes, saubreres Haus hat uns empfangen. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Es ist sehr empfehlenswert! An die Damen, bitte einen Fön mitbringen, das ist das einzige was es im Haus leider nicht gibt. Fazit: immer wieder gerne! :)
