Nice chalet 30 metres from the beach. The house is located in the fantastic Alcudia area, with capacity for 6 people. It is of modern style with a beautiful and spacious terrace with a porch and sun loungers to enjoy meals and dinners with friends and family and relax during your holidays.



It has a spacious living room with a very bright dining room, comfortable sofas and television, with an American bar kitchen and fully equipped. The bedrooms are distributed, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, all with double beds and built-in wardrobes of first qualities. It has 3 complete bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. The house has satellite television, WIFI, centralized air conditioning, underfloor heating and its own parking.



Alcudia is an internationally recognised beach known for its crystal-clear waters, over 10 km of white sand, perfect for families and children. It is an incredible offer, including typical beach bars, restaurants with terraces and live music, children's parks and a variety of water sports.



-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for environmental preservation. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.



Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00



-IF THE BOOKING IS MADE THROUGH HOMEAWAY OR BOOKING, A 30% ADVANCE PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED, NEVERTHELESS, YOU HAVE 15 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY.
