Located in a quiet and rural area, our farm is the perfect refuge for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Mallorca. From here, you will have easy access to a variety of exciting activities and points of interest that make this region so special. Just 4 km away, the water park "Hidropark" promises endless fun for the whole family, while 5 km away, you'll find the impressive sandy beach "Pollença Bay", ideal for relaxing under the sun or enjoying exciting water sports. The American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, provides you with the flexibility to prepare your own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle so that your mornings can start with a good coffee or tea. IMPORTANT: All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment. Important note about electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. Die Einrichtung im Haus eher altmodisch. In der Küche konnte man nichts draussen oder in den Kästen stehen lassen, sonst war es gleich von kleinen Ameisen befallen. Wir mussten alles im Kühlschrank (auch Brot) verstauen. Draussen gab es sehr viele Wespen (die Nester waren unter dem Dach zu sehen). Draussen essen war fast unmöglich. Was uns sehr geärgert hat, war das schlechte WIFI. Wir gingen davon aus, dass es einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir mussten drei Datenpakete kaufen, da wir zwischendurch arbeiten mussten. Der Vermieter meinte nur, dass es auf der Finca sehr schlechte Verbindung gibt. Unserer Meinung nach hätte das so in der Beschreibung stehen müssen. Uns hat es auch gestört, dass sich die Vermieter ab und zu früh morgens auf der Finca aufhielten um nach dem Garten/Pool zu schauen.
