With capacity for 8 people, it has 4 bedrooms and a surface area of 277 m², combining comfort and spaciousness in a natural environment. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people under 25 years old, except for families with children. Located in a quiet residential area, right in front of Es Llac Gran lake and just 900 metres from Alcúdia beach, the house offers views of the lake and the mountain. It is an excellent option for athletes, as it is located next to Mallorca Wakepark and in an ideal area for outdoor training. Near the accommodation, you will find everything you need: Moreover, you will be close to the old town of Alcúdia, with its medieval wall, traditional markets and historical charm, and to the lively Port of Alcúdia, full of leisure options, gastronomy and water sports. Alcúdia is one of the most charming destinations in the north of Mallorca, known for its walled old town, cobbled streets full of history, and a welcoming atmosphere that combines tradition and modernity. On Sundays and Tuesdays, you can enjoy its popular local market, ideal for discovering artisan products and Mallorcan gastronomy. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Es ist top ausgestattet und alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Alle Schlafzimmer und Wohnräume (Küche und Wohnzimmer) sind klimatisiert. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der ersten Etage - zwei hiervon jeweils mit einem großen Balkon. Die Entfernungen sind wie in der Beschreibung und waren für uns kein Problem. Der Eroski Supermarkt in der nähe ist top ausgestattet sowohl mit einer Frischetheke für Fisch und Fleisch. Die Tischtennisplatte wusste zu gefallen. Nicht als negativer Punkt zu sehen, aber wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es insgesamt vier Badezimmer gibt. Zwei Badezimmer (1x EG / 1x OG) hiervon sind reine Toiletten. Ein Badezimmer befindet sich en suite zum Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Dusche. Ein großes Badezimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit Dusche und zusätzlich einer Badewanne. Aufgrund des nassen Frühsommers waren Mücken ein Problem. Dies war aber kein spezifisches Problem der Unterkunft sondern ein generelles im gesamten Ort am Abend. It’s location is perfect if you have quite a young family staying with you. No more than a 5 or 10 minute walk to the heart of Alcudia. Restaurants and shops are on the doorstep. There are also play areas for young children to keep them entertained. There is a Liddle no more than 15 minutes walk away and the Beach is a similar distance. The property itself is set out on 2 floors. It has a decent sized pool with shallow are for nine swimmers. It sleeps 8 comfortably and there are enough toilets and bathrooms to accommodate even a full occupancy. The bedrooms are adequately furnished in pine wood. The mattresses and pillows very comfortable. The grounds of the villa are pristine and well maintained. In short, this is a villa I would be happy to own! Booking was easy and the cost well worth it when taking everything in to consideration. We will be going again! ##### Jonathan M.
