Located at the top of the Facho road, with an exclusive panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the entrance to the sea in the wonderful bay of São Martinho do Porto, it has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, TV with 200 channels , a desk and an armchair for reading. On the nice balcony facing east and overlooking the pool, you can enjoy the first rays of morning sun from this room, which has more space than you would expect from a T1 apartment. The elegant kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need to prepare pleasant home-cooked meals and make your stay more comfortable. The living room, with direct access to the deck, offers a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere and a unique view of the sea, even without getting up from the sofa, which easily also turns into a bed for two people. The owner kindly provides free Wi-Fi, television with 200 channels and books in Portuguese, English and Danish for moments of entertainment. The pellet stove provides excellent comfort throughout the house, making this property a great option for stays in the colder months. The living room has two exits to the private deck, where you can have your meals or simply relax in the comfortable armchairs or sun loungers, increasing or decreasing the sun exposure, through a large electric awning regulated with a remote control. The west orientation allows sun exposure on the deck that only ends with the sun hiding in the horizon line defined by the Atlantic Ocean. It is a magical and always different moment, experienced daily in “Sunset”. The double bed in the bedroom plus the sofa bed installed in the living room, allows up to 4 people to sleep comfortably and in total privacy in this apartment. The bathroom, which is located between the bedroom and the living room, has a spacious shower cabin with a high quality shower head. This apartment also benefits from a unique feature in the complex, it is the only one that facilitates access to a generous garage. Not only does it allow you to park your car, bicycles or motorcycle in complete safety and just a flight of stairs away, it also reduces the effort of carrying your suitcases and daily grocery shopping bags. Ideal for all members of the family, the complex offers 3 swimming pools, a mini-golf course, a tennis court, a small football field, a squash court and a games room equipped with table tennis, a pool table and wireless internet access, which also reaches the second pool area. São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here. Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars. Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
