"Reason I am giving a poor review is I tried cancelling the reserve due to a surgery of a kidney from my husband, and they did not had the empathy of doing it. I had 2 reservations and both where lost. Travel plans may change and I think if it's for a health issue they should have more empathy."

"Not worth the price in my opinion. I rarely rate hotels bad but this was NOT a 4 star property. Bed and pillows were hard and lumpy. The overall property was run down and dirty.
