Housing of 350 m2 on a plot of 900 m2 and with all kinds of amenities (private garage, WIFI, barbecue, etc). Reformed in 2018\. It has 4 spacious rooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Excellent option for 10-13 people. The main room also has a large dressing room. Beautiful sea views from the pool, terrace, garden and the main room. 1.- The house has 4 bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite. Top quality sheets (400 thread Egyptian cotton) and towels are included. Clothes will be changed every 7 days: a) Main room on the first floor of 50m2, overlooking the sea. XXL double bed (180x200 cm), and a sofa bed 140x190 cm. Annex to the main room there is a dressing room of 10m2, ideal to put two folding beds for children (90x190 cm). Both the room and the dressing room give access to a huge terrace with stunning views. Wardrove. Bathroom with two sinks and shower. b) 2 additional rooms on the first floor, about 30m2 each, each with two beds of 90x190 cm. Each room has large closets, as well as an en-suite bathroom, with sink and large shower. Both rooms give access to a terrace overlooking the Sierra de Irta and a pine forest. c) 1 room on the ground floor, therefore accessible to people with mobility problems. The room, about 30m2, has two single beds of 90x190 cm. It has a large closet, as well as an en suite bathroom with a large shower. We have three folding beds of 90x190 and baby cot. 2.- On the ground floor is the 70m2 dining room, with two spaces: a space with a dining table for 13 people, and a sofa space to watch TV (flat screen TV), play Wii, listen to music, etc. Chimney. 3.- From the living room you access the terrace, the pool and the garden. The terrace has outdoor sofas, ideal for resting, reading, having a drink in the afternoon and at night. Facing the terrace is the 10 x 5 meter pool, plus a children's pool, with stunning sea views and that can be illuminated at night. Surrounding the pool and terrace is the Mediterranean garden. From the garden through a side door you can access the path from which to access the beach in approximately 3 minutes. In the garden there is a gazebo with a table for 10 people, overlooking the sea and ideal to eat in the shade enjoying the sea breeze. 4.- The kitchen is located on the ground floor. It has an American fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, etc. and all kinds of appliances and accessories, as well as a table and four chairs. All kinds of dishes, glassware and cutlery are included. From the kitchen you access the back garden, where there is an excellent barbecue. 5.- Our villa has a large car garage. In addition to the garage access ramp you can leave another second vehicle. In the garage is the washing machine. The villa is very well equipped and is an easy walk into town and to the beach. The check was simple, handover was efficient and support prompt. We visited the property during an earlier visit (Oct 18) and met Jose and family, in the intervening period he has been extremely helpful with advice and guidance. Off street parking and ample facilities within the house, all helped make the visit successful. La vivienda simplemente es impresionante habitaciones enormes, con colchones de primer nivel y baños individuales. En las zonas comunes no falta de nada, amplio salón con zona de comedor por si el calor aprieta y zona de descanso donde ver una película bien un dvd de la colección de clásicos que tiene el dueño o en uno de los varios canales de pago. Cocina perfectamente equipada con electrodomésticos de primer nivel. En cuanto al exterior mesa para comer al aire y zona de sofás para descansar. La casa cuenta con aire acondicionado y wifi que llega a todos los lados. La única pega es la piscina que en nuestra estancia no hubo el Mantenimiento necesario pero que sin duda ya está solucionado. En definitiva un lujo de vivienda, un lujo de dueño y que si se puede permitir es un acierto seguro. ##### José Luis V.
