Kids Friendly 3b Suite Pool Mountain View Near Balloon Fiesta Park and Tramway

Welcome to our house! We are located at northeast of Albuquerque Acres with fantastic Mountain Views. The neighborhood is very private and safe. It’s very convenient to stores like Trader Joe’s, Smith’s, Starbucks and more. We are 7 minutes to the Sandia Peak Tramway and 4 minutes to the Outpost Ice Skating Arenas. Also about 10 minutes to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Park.

Your private suite is on the right side of the garage (first floor) with its own password entrance. There is NO full kitchen in your suite but there’s a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. There are also cups, plates, bowls and disposable flatware in the living room cabinet. Please do not use the kitchen outside of your suite.

There’s portable electric heating and cooling in each bedroom (no central AC). We recently installed a brand new refrigerated AC in the main bedroom by the window which cools down the whole suite. We have lots of toys and board games for you and your kids to play. We also have baby portable bed available upon request. We live on the other side of the house. If you need anything just let me know I am always there.

Pool opens during summer time from June to October. If you want to use the swimming pool just let me know and I will open the cover for you. The pool has a full inclosure gate. It’s newly renovated on 2025 with new plaster and an automatic pool cover. We always keep the cover closed and the gate closed while it’s not in use. However we require full supervision to your children at ALL time during the pool use. There’s no professional life guard on duty. The shallow end is 4 feet and the deep end is 9 feet. We have a lot of water toys and inflatable toys that you can use. Also life jackets and puddle jumpers for young kids to use. The pool is only for the registered staying guests to use (max 5 people allowed on the property). Please do not bring other people who are not on the contract. Thanks.
