In the 1970s when Indian jewelry, pots and sandpaintings were popular, Native American artists worked here and sold their wares. Galleria de Cervantes brings back the spirit of that time. It is filled with many forms of Indian and Hispanic arts and also a variety of art from contemporary southwest artists. New Mexico galleries often featured a guest room in the building since many collectors came to the area to buy art. This comfortable house hearkens back to this tradition in a setting that includes popular low-rider parades, mariachi competitions, jazz under the stars and one of the most magical Christmas traditions in the country -- luminarias throughout Old Town and neighboring communities. It is on a gated property and guests can walk to the major museums, sample local cuisine and shops. This restored adobe house at the edge of Old Town offers a cozy bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a glass block shower. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. This enjoyable retreat is the ideal home base for your trip to Albuquerque. Enjoy all that this vibrant city has to offer when you stay at our place. ## Property amenities ### Internet - Available in the house: WiFi ### Parking and transport - Parking on site ### Kitchenette - Microwave ### Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms - Bedsheets provided ### Bathroom - 1 bathroom - Hair dryer - Shower - Soap - Toilet paper - Towels provided ### Entertainment - TV ### Outdoor areas - Patio ### Comfort - Air conditioning - Heating ### Pets - Pet friendly - Welcoming dogs only - Up to 23 kg per pet ### Suitability/Accessibility - No lift - Smoke-free property ### Safety features - Carbon monoxide detector (host has indicated there is a carbon monoxide detector on the property) - Smoke detector (host has indicated there is a smoke detector on the property) - Fire extinguisher - Deadbolt lock ## Policies ### Check-in Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM Contactless check-in and check-out are available Minimum check-in age - 21 ### Check-out Check-out before 11:00 AM Contactless check-out ### Special check-in instructions You will receive an email from the host with check-in and check-out instructions ### Check-out instructions The host requires you to complete the following before checking out: Gather used towels Remove personal items and take out the rubbish Lock the doors and return the keys Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host. ### Rules Please park in the back by the building. ### Pets Pets are allowed Service animals are welcome, and are exempt from fees Welcoming dogs only 2 total (up to 23 kg per pet) ### Children and extra beds Children are welcome ### Events No events allowed ### Smoking Smoking is not permitted ## Important information ### You need to know This property is managed by a private host (a party not acting within their trade, business or profession).
