Villux - Villa Enar - 6 rooms, ideal for families.

  • The property is in a plot of 850 square meters and has an inside area of 340 square meters. It is composed of 2 floors, on the ground floor you will find all the social areas and 2 rooms on the upper floor are the 4 rooms all en-suite with bathtub. All the rooms have a terrace. The garden is a must where children can play freely while you enjoy our pool. The house has a security alarm system with video cameras on the outside. Parking on the property is not a problem.
    Located in a residential area, the surroundings are quiet. The nearby beaches are Praia do Forte de São João, Praia da Oura, Praia dos Aveiros Praia do Alemão, all within a 10 min walking distance. The city center is just 15 min walking distance where you can find plenty of restaurants and tourist activities.
