Welcome to Villa White Sands, a spacious 5-bedroom villa in Albufeira, ideal for families and larger groups who want to stay together while still having plenty of room to relax.

Located in the established Quinta da Balaia residential area, the villa combines a peaceful setting with excellent access to Santa Eulália Beach, restaurants, bars and the Albufeira Strip.

Villa White Sands accommodates up to 16 guests and works particularly well for groups of 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 people. Accommodation is arranged across two floors, with four dedicated bedrooms plus the spacious first-floor living room / Bedroom 5, additional flexible sleeping space in the ground-floor living room, three bathrooms and two separate living areas.

Outside, the large private 10m x 5m swimming pool is at the heart of the villa. Optional pool heating is available, making the pool particularly enjoyable outside the hottest summer months. Guests can also enjoy sun loungers, attractive gardens, a hammock, BBQ, covered outdoor dining, several patio areas and secure gated parking for 2–3 standard cars.

The villa also offers air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a 55-inch internet TV with English-language channels, pool table, table tennis, electronic safe and monitored security system.

LOCATION

Villa White Sands gives guests an excellent balance between convenience and privacy. You can enjoy Albufeira's beaches, restaurants and nightlife, then return to the quieter surroundings of Quinta da Balaia.

LIVING AREAS

The large air-conditioned ground-floor living and dining room measures approximately 37.2 sq m / 400 sq ft and provides plenty of space for a larger group to spend time together. It has comfortable sofas, generous seating, a dining area, fast Wi-Fi and a 55-inch internet TV with English-language channels.

Patio doors lead directly towards the swimming pool, garden, outdoor dining area and BBQ. The ground-floor living room also contains a double sofa bed which can sleep up to 2 guests when required.

The spacious first-floor living room provides a second separate relaxation area. When required, this room becomes Bedroom 5 and contains two double sofa beds, each sleeping up to 2 guests. The second sofa bed is prepared when needed for the group size. Patio doors lead onto the first-floor terrace, with elevated views over the pool and surrounding area together with a distant sea view.

KITCHEN

The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender / smoothie maker, cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. There is also a separate external laundry and drying area.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 – Ground-floor ensuite double bedroom: superking-size double bed, built-in wardrobe, private ensuite bathroom and patio doors towards the garden and pool. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2 – Ground-floor twin bedroom: two single beds plus one adult fold-out bed when required, built-in wardrobe and convenient access to the family shower room. Sleeps up to 3.

Bedroom 3 – Ground-floor triple bedroom: three single beds, built-in wardrobe and convenient access to the family shower room. Sleeps up to 3.

Bedroom 4 – First-floor master ensuite double bedroom: king-size double bed, built-in wardrobe, private ensuite bathroom and access to the first-floor terrace. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 5 / First-floor living room: two double sofa beds, each sleeping up to 2 guests. The second sofa bed is prepared when required for the group size. Sleeps up to 4.

Ground-floor living room: double sofa bed providing an additional flexible sleeping area. Sleeps up to 2.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.

This flexible arrangement makes Villa White Sands particularly suitable for different combinations of couples, families and friends, including groups of 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 guests.

BATHROOMS

The villa has three bathrooms: a ground-floor ensuite serving Bedroom 1, a ground-floor family shower room conveniently located between Bedrooms 2 and 3, and a first-floor ensuite serving the master bedroom.

PRIVATE POOL AND OUTDOOR SPACE

Villa White Sands sits within an approximately 700 sq m private gated plot.

The large 10m x 5m private swimming pool has an outdoor shower and is surrounded by areas for sunbathing and relaxing. The gardens include mature planting, lawn, sun loungers and a hammock.

There is a brick-built BBQ, covered outdoor dining area and three separate patio areas, giving larger groups plenty of space to eat, relax and spend time together outside.

The pool and gardens are professionally maintained throughout the season.

POOL HEATING

Optional pool heating is available at EUR 25 per day for the duration of the stay.

Pool heating must be requested in advance because the system needs to be switched on approximately 4 days before arrival to begin pre-heating the water. The temperature achieved will depend partly on prevailing daytime and overnight weather conditions.

Pool heating is generally not required during the hottest summer months.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING

All main rooms have air conditioning, which can also provide heating during cooler periods. This makes Villa White Sands suitable for holidays throughout much of the year, including spring, autumn and Christmas stays as well as the summer season.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Standard check-in is from 16:00.

Check-in is normally through a secure key safe located at the villa, allowing convenient self check-in. Comprehensive arrival and access instructions are provided before the stay, with the required access codes supplied on the day of arrival.

Remote assistance is available for arrivals up until 22:00. An in-person check-in can be arranged if preferred for an additional EUR 30, payable locally and subject to availability.

Arrival after 22:00 remains possible using the key safe, although remote assistance may not be available after that time.

Standard check-out is by 10:00 to allow housekeeping sufficient time to prepare the villa for incoming guests.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Government-issued identification is required for all staying guests as part of our standard guest-registration, legal-compliance and property-security procedures.

Documentation should be provided promptly after booking and must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at or use the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable EUR 750 security deposit is payable 14 days before arrival. It is refundable following check-out provided there have been no damages, excessive cleaning requirements, breaches of house rules or other chargeable issues.

The minimum age of the lead guest checking in is 21. Please contact us before booking if the lead guest is under 21 or if all members of the group are under 21.

For groups where all members are under 21, an additional security deposit of EUR 100 per guest may be required, up to a maximum additional security deposit of EUR 750 per booking.

HOUSE RULES AND NEIGHBOURHOOD

Villa White Sands is in a residential neighbourhood and guests must respect our neighbours throughout their stay.

No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00 and noise must be kept under control at all times. If music is being played indoors during the evening, doors and windows should remain closed to minimise disturbance.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at or use the villa. Guests should also ensure that the surrounding neighbourhood is kept clean and free of litter.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in the garden.

POOL AND CHILD SAFETY

IMPORTANT: THE PROPERTY HAS AN UNGATED SWIMMING POOL AND STAIRS.

Children and non-swimmers of all ages must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents and accompanying adults remain responsible for the safety and supervision of children throughout the stay.

PETS

Dogs may be accepted on request only and must be agreed before booking. Additional charges and conditions may apply. Please provide details of the dog before booking so suitability can be confirmed.
