The villa is located at Corcovada area in Albufeira at the urbanization where only villas are located. This private villa is fenced and has its private pool. Pool heating is available on request (for additional cost). On the territory of the villa there is a parking place for 1 car or for two small ones. Also you can leave your car outside the house where there is free parking space.
The villa consists of 2 floors:
Ground floor: a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower.
The 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, master bedroom is with private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and a safe. There are electrical shutters on all windows for your security. Electric gates.
Free WiFi is awailable.
The territory of the villa:
Pool (1.4 m depth), grill, dining area, sun loungers at the pool.
Pool heating 30 euros / day.
Long term winter rents please note the base price excludes electricity. Cleaning is provided.
Every guest will receive a pool towel during their holidays. Bed linens and bath towels are provided too. Housekeeping and linen change every 7-9 nights.
Rubbish must be taken out daily to avoid ants. Bins are located at the bottom of the street, in front of the villa 10. You may be charged if leave the rubbish inside the house after leaving.
No unaccounted guests please.

Damage deposit of 500 EUR is requested and should be paid before your arrival. This damage deposit will be refunded after departure in the same way it was received. For groups of young people the damage deposit will be 1000 euros.
Please note:
If you forgotten the key or have lost them we can bring you a spare key. The delivery prices: € 20 from 9am till 9pm, €30 from 9pm till 11pm, €50 from 11pm till 1 am, €100 from 1 till 9am.
The cost of lost keys is paid separately
If you forgotten the key ib the key look inside – open the door is from €100 ( it depends on the complexity)
It is forbidden to stand on the gate and ride on the them when opening/closing. Gate repair in case of damage from €300.
