Villa Eva is a beautiful house with spacious interior areas, fully equipped to receive with refinement those looking for a relaxed quality holiday. On the ground floor, there is a spacious double suite equipped with air conditioning, 2 steps above have 2 more bedrooms also with air conditioning and a bathroom with a spacious shower. On the first floor there is only the master double suite with air conditioning and a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture, shower and a fabulous sea view. This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms. The large living room is very comfortable with a fireplace, equipped with LCD TV, foreign television channels, internet and has access to the outdoor dining area, barbecue, swimming pool and garden. Also in that floor there is a relaxing games with ping pong table, football table and WI for pay. The well-equipped kitchen and laundry room for guest use are the delight of those who like to cook. Villa Eva has a magnificent garden around the house that delights children, a reserved reading area, and outdoor furniture and sun loungers to provide greater comfort to those who choose Vila Eva for their family holidays with friends. Located in the residential area of São Rafael, where, just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the famous Praia de São Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes, which delight children with the natural pools that form according to the tide. In addition to supermarket and some restaurants. If you are a lover of the sea, try one of the beach restaurants that can be found on several beaches close by. Other beaches such as Coelha, Galé, Salgados, renowned golf courses or even the quality supermarket "O Apolónia" are just 3/5 minutes away by car. Albufeira Marina and the bustling old town are also 10 minutes away, where you can find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and services. Algarve Shopping, the famous Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, fresh and fish market, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, shops and various services are 10 minutes away. If you are a lover of the sea, try one of the beach restaurants that can be found on several beaches close by. The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. We stayed at this villa as a group of seven and really enjoyed our time there. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a beautiful outdoor setup perfect for relaxing together. The area is very quiet, ideal if you’re looking for peace and privacy — but don’t expect much within walking distance at night, and the local market options are quite limited. One thing to note: the garage room isn’t air-conditioned, and as mentioned in the listing, the windows can’t be opened. The overall holiday and area and size of the villa was ideal and rather convenient. The Uber service was fantastic in the area and will defo be coming back soon. ##### Lauren G. Der Pool war toll, weil sauber und beheizt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt . Die Terrasse ist super schön und bequem bestuhlt.
