Nestled at the peaceful conclusion of a cul-de-sac, this captivating villa offers serene rural vistas, capturing the unspoiled beauty of pine trees in the backdrop. The property is embraced by a charming garden, adorned with trees, hedges, a manicured lawn, and an array of shrubs, creating a delightful ambiance.   
 The heart of outdoor leisure unfolds at the kidney-shaped pool area, where terraces invite relaxation, and a thoughtfully enclosed space ensures safety with a dedicated gate. Enhancing the outdoor experience, a refreshing shower and a sturdy brick-built barbecue stand as highlights of the poolside retreat.   
 Security and privacy intertwine as the property is enveloped by walls, and a gated entrance guides you to a convenient carport at the villa's front, completing the picture of a tranquil and well-appointed haven.   
 This property contains large gaps in the internal Staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.   
  
 Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 64cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 65cm wide. The path to the pool area is 130cm wide. The pool is on a slightly lower level to the villa and accessed via 5 external steps when exiting via the lounge. You can also access the pool externally via a path and 6 steps. Inside, there is one step into the lounge area, the lounge door is 97cm wide. The kitchen door is 69cm wide. Both ground-floor bedrooms are 70cm wide, and the ensuite bathroom door is 66cm wide.
