It is located in the residential area of Cerro Grande, with both the quaint town of Guia and lively Praia D'Oura within a short drive. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included .

There is a choice of good restaurants nearby and the beautiful old town and beach are within walking distance.
