Camelia 52 Beach Studio Apartment - São Rafael, Albufeira

This studio apartment on the ground floor is located in an urbanization, one of the most beautiful areas of the Algarve. The urbanization has manicured gardens, 1 children's swimming pool and large swimming pool with several sun loungers and lawn; parking. It is located just 300m from the two wonderful beaches of São Rafael - Praia dos Arrifes and Praia Grande, 3km from the center of Albufeira and a few minutes from the Albufeira Marina. Although away from the noise of the city center, it is close to various amenities such as restaurants, bars, mini market, etc.

The apartment consists of: Entrance hall; Lounge / Bedroom equipped with a double bed, two seat sofa, TV (4 Portuguese channels), air conditioning, dining table with 4 chairs; Balcony equipped with a table, 2 chairs and 2 reclining chairs; Kitchen equipped with a small fridge with freezer, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and Toaster; Bathroom equipped with shower and hair dryer;
A place to enjoy a restful vacation but with the possibility of taking advantage of the most varied activities.
The rental price includes: water, electricity, the use of bed linen and towels; Cleaning at the entrance and once a week if the stay is for 2 weeks or more and at the exit; Entrance to the pools and parking lots.

The apartment does have beach towels.

We had a wonderful stay. Ruben gave us a very warm welcome and gave us tips for possible trips etc. The accommodation is as described, very clean and tidy. You can find everything you need to live. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, the location is quiet and clean. Can only highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you again!
