This lovely south facing Villa is located on a hillside just 4 km west of Albufeira famous for the hillside, called The Hill of The Eagle (Cerro da Águia). Here you can enjoy amazing views to the Atlantic Ocean.
The nearest beach at São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia da Galé are approximately 4 to 5 km away. You'll also find a supermarket, restaurant and bar nearby. Facilities as Zoomarine & Water Parks are only a quick 10/15m drive away and Albufeira city centre just 4Km where you will find lots of fun and entertainment.
The villa is 165m2 on a 620m2 plot and has its own private oval-shaped pool (6x3m) and sun terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun. There is also a built-in barbecue for enjoying a pleasant evening outside dining under the stars and warm climate.
This Villa has a lounge/dining room with sofa, small hall, equipped kitchen elec. oven , washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, iron& iron-board. There are 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor plus a double bedroom. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, and a shower/wc room on the ground floor. A safe is also in the house. Wifi . Air conditioning is on the groundfloor-Living room and bedroom on the groundfloor.
This house is ideal for a Family-holiday.
Groups of minors unaccompanied by adults are not allowed, as are groups with people under 21 years’ old
Charging of electric cars in the house is not permitted
Municipal Tourist Tax - CITY TAX - the fee is 2 euros between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or over. This fee is paid on arrival day when the guests get the keys on check-in.

Die Lage war super.ruhige Gegend mit einem super Blick auf das Meer.Man sollte mit eigenem Auto anreisen,da man schon weit vom Schuss ist.die Aufteilung des Hauses und die Größe der Räume ist perfekt.ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und 2 weitere in der oberen Etage.Eine Klimaanlage gibt es jedoch nur im Wohnzimmer und im unterem Schlafzimmer.oben kann es in der nacht noch bis zu 31 Grad warm werden.die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend.der Pool ist sauber und hatte eine perfekte Temperatur.Die Vermieterin ist nett und hilfreich.Sie kommt auch zwischendurch zum Gießen der Pflanzen,was nicht stört.Wir,als 2 Familien,würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.P.s. Man sollte alles mögliche gegen Mücken und deren Stiche mitbringen.
