The beach Praia dos Alemães connects directly to the famous old town Fisherman's Beach (Praia dos Pescadores), which means a sandy 20-minute walk can take you directly to the old center of Albufeira. As well as a large swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, the condominium has a special beach-access gate along with free front courtyard and underground garage parking. The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and board, etc. The bedroom has a large wardrobe for neatly storing all clothing items.
