Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre hĂŽte Sandy et son appartement oĂč rien ne manquait. L'emplacement Ă©tait Ă©galement ideal pour nous, au calme et nĂ©anmoins Ă  quelques distance de marche de la vieille ville d'Albufeira et du strip. La piscine est egalement un plus sans oublier la proximitĂ© de l'ocĂ©an.

A Sandy recebeu-nos com toda a simpatia. O apartamento é perfeito, numa localização perfeita, muito perto da praia e com tudo o que precisamos ao redor. A piscina é excelente. Tudo no apartamento é muito pråtico e de bom gosto. Excelentes férias!

La estancia estuvo muy bien, solo tuvimos un pequeño problema con el wiffi y Sandy lo solucionĂł enseguida. La orientaciĂłn del apartamento es buena, con lo cual era bastante fresco, no tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado. El apartamento estĂĄ cerca de todos los sitios de ocio y de varias playas.No tuvimos problema para aparcar al lado de la propiedad ningĂșn dĂ­a . En la piscina siempre habĂ­a muy poca gente. Por poner una pega, es que hay muchĂ­simos mosquitos por la noche, supongo serĂĄ por la riera que pasa por al lado. Pero con unos insecticidas de enchufar y un poco de insecticida antes de dormir lo solucionamos. Para repetir.

Die Wohnung von Sandy war wie beschrieben und glĂŒcklicherweise etwas abseits der Feiermeile. Wir warenauch froh ĂŒber die Möglichkeit der Poolnutzung, da wĂ€hrend unserer Zeit in Albufeira recht hoher Wellengang war und somit das baden im Meer nur teilweise möglich. Restaurants gibt es in der NĂ€he und zum nĂ€chstgrĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit Sandy hat gut geklappt.

This is a basic clean and comfortable one bedroomed, top 3rd floor apartment with good access and suited our needs exactly. A small bathroom and adequately equipped kitchen are also available. The owner (Sandy)was extremely helpful and ensured we were provided with good Wi Fi along with a change of clean bed linen and towels half way through our stay. The apartment is within a small complex and has access to a good maintained communal pool. It is a quiet area but only a five minute walk to small shops, restaurants and bars. In addition the wonderful beach is only about 10 mins walk away. It is also approximately an equidistant walk from the apartment to either the "Strip - New Town" or alternatively in the opposite direction to the " Old Town" A short walk also takes you to one of the main stops of the local Hop on Hop off train, (so convenient for getting around). As stated, it is basic (self catering ) accommodation and relatively well maintained. It also has it's own secure top floor balcony with sun most of the day and overlooking the pool. We recommend this property and will certainly consider using again on any future return to the area.

Perfecto. Buena ubicación. Pequeños problemas que facilmente se solucionan. Água con poca presión, Internet bastante lenta. Lo demås todo perfecto. Gracias a Sandy que es estupenda y super amable.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Ausstattung top. Einziges manko war der wenig vorhandene Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin einzigartig. Strand ist fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Ein nettes und vom Preiniveau gutes Restaurant eine Straße weiter. Ein Auto fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe wĂŒrde ich dennoch empfehlen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours trĂšs sympas Ă  Albufeira en revanche la ville n’est pas trĂšs jolie ! La station est trĂšs dĂ©naturĂ©e et la loi littorale n’a pas Ă©tĂ© appliquĂ©e ! Les constructions ont poussĂ© comme des champignons n’importe comment! L’appartement est agrĂ©able mais la literie n’est pas bonne et il’n’y a ni four ni lave vaisselles. La plage est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et de belles criques se situent Ă  10/15 mn en voiture.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ganz in der NĂ€he des Strandes. Innerhalb von 3 bis 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß da. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist gut ausgeststattet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und hat unseren Kids sehr gut gefallen. Ein bisschen haben uns nur die frechen Möwen gestört aber ansonsten war alles echt klasse.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber und es gab ausreichend Platz. Einzig das Bett war nicht perfekt, da es sehr hart war. Der Gemeinschaftspool war super. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Lage war perfekt. In nur 3 Minuten war man am Strand und kleine LokalitĂ€ten waren auch in der NĂ€he. WĂŒrde jedoch ein Auto empfehlen, da richtige SupermĂ€rkte (aldi, Lidl) so 5-10 Minuten entfernt sind. Auch sind viele super schöne StrĂ€nde im Umkreis mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Altstadt auch nach einer ca. 10 minĂŒtigen Autofahrt. ParkgebĂŒhren gibt es dort nirgends. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung weiter und sind bis auf das Bett sehr sehr sehr gut zufrieden.

Apartment booked was simple and basic but had everything within that we required to make our stay very pleasant. It was also in a very central location - equidistant from both "The Street - New Town" and the "Old Town" (approximately a 20 minute leisurely walk in both directions). Beautiful beach was approximately a five minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom easily accessible and practical. The balcony is adequate with chairs and tables and can easily seat up to 4 people comfortably. I would recommend this for able bodied couples (depending on level of disablement - it could be difficult to access due to stairs and no ramp facility). One or 2 (at the most)small children could also be accommodated. The residential pool, located a short walk (about 35 meters through a locked gate) is excellent, well maintained, clean and has well kept grass boundaries. It also has a small childs pool. We would definitely consider returning to this apartment in the future. (Please not it is not air conditioned). Sandi the very pleasant and helpful proprietor provided us with Wi-Fi on our arrival and it worked great.

Mme Sandy et son mari sont accueillants et trÚs gentils. L'appartement est propre et trÚs bien équipé vraiment ils ont pensé a tout . belle terrasse vue sur piscine , verdure ... la plage juste a coté a moins de 5 mn de marche . le OLD TOWN est a 10-15 mn de marche ... trÚs bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul bémol on a pas pu profiter de la piscine et de la plage a cause de mauvais temps qu'il faisait au début de ce mois de mai.
