Easter Weekend Break - We just went for a few days but we loved it here. Studio Room was large, had everything you could need and was clean and comfy. No rush for sunbeds, quiet due to time of year. All staff were polite and helpful. Less than 5 min walk to supermarket and lots of great restaurants.

Nice property with pools but the water is cold. 24 hour reception. Apartment is specious enough for a family of four. Room service was good too. I would mark them 5 star if there was a good pest control. Overall a pleasant stay.

Was a pleasant stay, the property was clean lovely pool view, was nice and peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and very accomodating! They decorated the room for mine and my partners anniversary which was lovely. The location is within close proximity to everything, loads of restaurants or supermarkets near and not a long walk to the nightlife area. Would definitely recommend staying here, I plan to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Natura Algarve Club. I would highly recommend it. Quiet location, but not too far away. Walking distance to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area and plenty of space in the room. Thanks.

Go Here, Don't Make My Mistake

I go to This area of Santa Eulalia alot. I've looked at this hotel many times but something has always put me off. Don't make the same mistake. Lovely People, very welcoming, and although the rooms maybe slightly dated they have everything you need. I'll definitely be looking at this place first for future visits.

3 single beds apartment (we had for 3 adults 2 regular beds and a kids one) which for 2 adults is not comfortable. In the room was saying 3 single beds (did not say it was a child one, one of them) Towels are changed every 2 days and if you need daily you need to pay. bedlinen changed once a week Had to pay daily to use an iron.

+The staff were great, all really friendly and helpful. The lady who cleaned the rooms was great. +The pool area was lovely and very clean. + Our check out was extended no problem by an hour and half, i think by the manger, who was really friendly and happy. + at the weekend there was entertainment poolside +The hotel were very responsive to any communication we sent before arrival +they offer a great transfer service to and from the airport and also can organise a taxi to the Old Town if needed. - there are alot of 'rules' - you only get 1 key and fob, meaning if 1 person goes home, or goes for a walk and others go elsewhere, the rest dont have a key or fob - there was no budging on this and it was extremely frustrating. - there was a minimum spend on card, which at this stage should be redundant as the use of cash is pretty redundant now. This meant you couldnt just get a bottle of water. - If you got a cocktail, you werent allowed bring the 'glass' poolside..eventhough the 'glass' was plastic.

Very dated and basic, hairdryer, safe, pot washing stuff etc, all extra charge. Shower just a dribble. 200€ deposit had to be in cash which is crazy in this day and age. Ropes across the width of the pool dividing it in 4 so impossible to swim lengths.

Both my party and myself enjoyed our stay at Natura. Nice hotel in an ideal location. I do think they should review their policy on their guests wearing wristbands and perhaps bringing in key cards for the rooms. However, our stay was excellent, good value for money.

Great place at a very fair price.

Great place with a comfortable feel and basic accommodation. Staff were always polite and accommodating. As a group of 17 men, we were pre warned about behaviour, which I completely understand. We never had an issue whilst in the hotel. I would definitely go back with a group or family.
