The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. The location is superb with several beautiful beaches within a 5 minute drive. Also several supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away.Pedro the owner was very helpful; the handle on the washing machine door broke while we were there and he had it replaced very quickly.All in all we would definitely recommend this apartment for a pleasant relaxing stay. ##### Christopher T. Es muy tranquilo, en una urbanización privada, tienes cerca un par de playas muy bonitas,todo muy bien cuidado. En el aparatamento todo muy nuevo y muy bien equipado. Casa amplia y con toda clase de utensilios de cocina, muy bien equipada en general y limpia. La única cosa que yo mejoraría las almohadas. Pasamos 15 días maravillosos conociendo cada día una playa. Die sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit Pool und großer Rasenfläche sowie die geschmackvoll eingerichtete, top ausgestattete Wohnung gefielen uns so gut, dass wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sind! This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Roely H. 15 Jun 2016 #### Heerlijk rustig plekje midden in de Algarve De woning is ruim genoeg voor twee personen (wij zaten in T2) en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We vonden het jammer dat er geen comfortabele stoelen waren op het terras (alleen twee houten klapstoelen). We hebben 17 dagen in dit huis mogen wonen en dan ga je dergelijke stoelen echt missen omdat je zoveel buiten leeft. Er zijn overigens wel heel goede ligbedden beschikbaar. Wij hebben erg genoten van het zwembad (zeer goed onderhouden) en de rust. Baia Village ligt overal dichtbij maar toch ver genoeg weg om te kunnen genieten van de stilte. Er zijn mooie stranden op loopafstand. Ik zou een auto wel aan willen raden. Al was het alleen al om de rest van de Algarve te ontdekken. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep erg goed. Er wordt snel gereageerd op vragen en ook de sleuteloverdracht verliep goed. En dat terwijl we 's avonds erg laat arriveerden!
