It’s a beautiful, spacious, clean villa The Villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday it was immaculate and much bigger than the pictures show, in a quiet area. One of the rooms felt like it was below the standard from the rest of the house. We had an ant infestation and we were told by the property owners that it was up to us to buy ant traps! Upon arrival the place was immaculate! You wouldn't have thought anyone had stayed there before us! We were warm welcomed by Carlos. The villa was clean and felt good. All the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and had ocean views. All the facilities were great including the WiFi which had very good reception. Outside was plenty of terrace to eat & relax with fantastic views and games area. Kids loved the pool and there was extra entertainment in the table tennis. Perfect to keep the kids busy. She was fantastic during the booking process. The private transfers that Olivia sorted out was a lovely little touch. It saved me having to find alternatives and the driver knew exactly where the property was. When we arrived everything was spotless. The weather was fantastic for January, the villa had lots of space for our family, was well maintained and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size and the views over Albufeira were breathtaking. The location is quiet perfect for relaxing. Uber taxis are plenty and cheap. Positiv: Sehr schöne Lage, großzügige Villa, problemloser Self Check-in, freundliche, schnelle Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns wohl. Wir möchten jedoch auf einige Punkte aufmerksam machen, die das Erlebnis trübten und in unseren Augen verbesserungswürdig sind. Es war zu wenig Toilettenpapier für die erste Nacht vorhanden. Der Reinigungsstandard ist nur oberflächlich i.O.. Sichtschutz an den Badezimmerfenstern fehlt. Auflagen auf den Poolliegen verschlissen, kein Sonnenschutz am Pool. Müll am Rand des Poolbereichs. Das Haus daneben wird seit ca. 5 Jahren gebaut und befindet sich im Rohbau. Nach Fertigstellung gibt es keine Privatsphäre mehr am Pool. Unten im Tal verläuft eine Hauptstraße, die von den Motorradfahrern als Rennstrecke genutzt wird. Ich schreibe diese Rezession nur deshalb, da ich von der Agentur insgesamt über 30 E-Mails erhalten habe und ich den Eindruck hatte, dass diese an unserem Wohlergehen sehr interessiert sind. Nach dem Check-In wurden wir nach unseren Erfahrungen befragt und ich beschrieb die Situation wie jetzt. Ich bekam sehr schnell eine Antwort, eine Nachreinigung o. einen Sonnenschirmständer gab es jedoch nicht. Wir reden hier von einer Bewertung mit 9,6 und außergewöhnlich.
